yes the Karrot community is special and very different from other sites. I have several people who I interact with from time to time and we even keep in touch asking how we are doing. And the ones I only dealt with once have also been very decent. Love seeing old friends and meeting new ones π§‘π₯π₯π

i don't seem to find karrot much as an app as all the others like Facebook marketplace or kijiji karrot not as popular..karrot should be promoted more radio television etc.

I like to use this app I sold many items and bought some things from it. I just want to make a point about the rules, this should be for reasonable prices at the same time for helping each other not for making a business on free items and donations. I reported this to Karrot hopefully they take action against this. Recently I sold my sofa for someone only for $40 as I was expecting him to take for himself but then I saw π he is selling my sofa on the same app for $350. This is not fear we want to make sure others not getting second hand items for higher prices
Thatβs sad to see. I agree that it would be nice to see people enjoy the item for themselves and not just to profit from the app.

Karrot has to be promoted, however overall it is good knowing neighborhood and neighbours to exchange or buy and sell in the community
