We’re switching things up with Freecycle this month to keep it exciting 😉. This time, to qualify for the draw you will simply need to post just 1 item and share why you’re giving it away. Of course if you have more to post then by all means keep on giving! We encourage everyone, whether you’re a newcomer or already a loyal Karroter, to join in on the fun and help us create a sustainable community. To keep you guys motivated the Karrot Team will be giving out Tim Hortons gift cards to 40 (yes you heard that right!) randomly chosen participants 👏🏻.
List at least 1 free item and you’ll be entered into our November Freecycle Draw.

Terms and Conditions
- Users who upload one or more "freecycling listings" between November 20 0:00 - November 29 23:59 will be counted as valid entry.
- Listings with price set at $0 with #freecycle tag in the title will be counted as a valid "freecycling listing".
- Listings must be given away for free and cannot be sold for $. All listings and chats will be monitored and any listing found to be fake or ingenuine will be disqualified.
- Winners will be randomly selected.
- Users can only win one prize.
- This promotion is only open to signed up & verified users in Ontario.
- Listings must include pictures of actual items and an accurate description.
- Listings must follow Karrot's guidelines and policies. Items listed in Karrot's Prohibited Items will be excluded.
- Winners will be announced as an in-app post on November 30th. Each winner will get a chat message from the Karrot Team on prize redemption. A valid email address will be required to receive the gift.
- Karrot reserves the right to modify, cancel and limit any promotion at any time and without prior notice.

I just posted an item for #freecycle, you ask why? I enjoy giving things for free, it warms my heart to see a smile of the person taking advance of it.
At the beginning I contemplated whether I should sell these or give them away. But recently due to this amazing platform I was able to make so many GREAT purchases! I realized I had saved so much for items that were almost new and in mint condition!
At the beginning, I wasn’t very active in Karrot since I has sold more on Marketplace or other platforms. And although I still sell more on those other platforms, Karrot is where I am making all my purchases these days! Also it is so delightful to deal with people in the Karrot community. Everyone is kind and friendly unlike the other platforms!
I hope that Karrot receives the recognition it deserves! To make the long story short I wanted to present a small token of my appreciation for Karrot by participating in this month’s #freecycleawa!😍
Posted a #freecycle item that is new never opened and is of good brand.🛁 Bought it for hubby but he prefers the other brand. 🤦🏻♀️ So giving this one away to someone who will most likely need it. 🥳

giving away my large dog crate as our pups no longer require. they can be expensive, so while used, I am sure it can still be of interest to someone before the metal recyclers gets its.
