No tools included, except what small bits and bytes are left in bottom drawer(really no tools, just some odds and ends) Not perfect, but Made in Canada One rear wheel bracket is slightly bent, but with some force can be put back into place. Available for pickup at our home near Danforth Rd and Birchmount.
