BANNED PS4 (OBO)

Purchased this PS4 second hand about year ago and discovered that it’s banned from accessing the internet (probably due to the previous user breaching various terms of service). The hardware itself has actually been banned, not the IP address. This means that any online gameplay, accessing various apps via the PlayStation home screen, etc. is forbidden. Major bummer. The good news is many games that don’t require internet access for campaign gameplay still work perfectly fine. Maybe someone out there has a use for it, or a tech savvy gamer knows how to bypass the current hardware restriction.
