Note: price takes into account that the sofa needs reupholstering and any other damages pictured. Chair is in mint condition, no holes or stains.

Foam and frame seem fine (no seen issues) on each piece, they were in a very clean environment for 10 years at a bed and breakfast

The fabric is simply deteriorating on the sofa- (I think cuz it was facing a window or near a heater) it’s a vintage piece. And the previous owners like 15 years ago made some repairs putting some nails in the legs and glueing some small cracks but they can be easily filled and hidden (just disclosed for buying purposes).

There is nothing wrong with the cushions or any other damages in the fabric that are not pictured

Both pieces have some vintage wear on the wood and were not fully refinished but cleaned and oiled. Fabric was vacuumed prior to sale.
