Roommate wanted

Hello. I am a professional woman in 30’s. I am looking for a roommate from Oct 1. The master bedroom has walk in closet and 5pc washroom. The unit is in the top floor of the condo with in-suit laundry. All utilities included. The furnitures will be removed except the bed. A desk and a chair can be provided if requested. All appliances in the kitchen will be shared including air fryer, microwave ovens, coffee maker, rice cooker, instant pot, etc. Pots, dishes, and cutleries will be shared too. Coffees bean, salt and pepper will be provided free. There are a 56” TV with Netflix, and a robot vacuum in the living room for your convenience. There are many amenities around the condo including grocery stores, coffee shops, and parks. Street parking is available, and underground parking is also available for +100/month. I live with 2 cats.
