Sealy Optimum Holt Mattress, supportive medium high firm. High quality foam with temperature regulating layer. Me myself I have lumbar disc herniation, but after I purchase this one and get ride of the IKEA one I haven’t relapse even once. It is not those very very soft ones, it provides very good support. The mattress is kinda 2 layered, the first layer is softer but thinner just like a topper with the temperature regulation foam, so it won’t be swelter during the summer. The second layer is the Main body of the mattress is medium firm so is the best for developing kids and people with back pain concerns. Pick up at SFU burnaby mountain or near by, the price is negotiable. Available between Dec 15th to Dec 20th.
