1981 Chevy 18.5ft Class C w/bathroom

1981 Chevy Security Class C mileage 62000km very new tires all the way around. New batteries starts and runs great. Being so short and having a bathroom is pretty uncommon. Campsites are less being under 20ft storage is less being under 20ft. Currently stored near Horizon mall for around $430 a yr I only have basic PLPD insurance on it for $36 a month add on to my other vehicles. Now for the bad some marker lights missing covers, house battery doesn’t charge when plugged into shore power the fridge works great on propane but seems to take forever on electric so we’ve just used propane. Prior to getting this someone did an ugly seal job on the front windows though it worked great and there’s no leaks it’s not the prettiest so I sprayed beige undercoating over it. Could use an oil change air filter but that’s it stove and everything else is great. There is no A/C but fans have always kept us cool even in the badlands in July. We are upgrading so we want to pass this little gem onto someone else to create some retro camping memories in 2024. I will take this down once sold so if it’s up it’s still available.
