dolly convertable upright cart as is

Carlingview and attwell drive. For sale or for trade. Any offer better then scrapping it. Convertable cart. Can be used as upright, or switch where the handle is and its a 4 wheels flat dolly. The big wheels are flat and may need replacing. It workedish the last time i used it but dont have time to give any tlc or figure it out. dad said scrap it.
