Will need two people and a truck. We cannot help load. It’s heavy. Loveseat is on main floor of the house. 3 steps in front entrance and you can load it into your truck. Located in central Port Moody. Paid over $2500 four years ago. Note small bulge on the bottom right of sofa in the picture both power recliners work nicely. See picture. Need a few inches from the wall. It’s a wall hugger but you still 4 to inches or so.
