Items can fix, maintain, or renovate: • Paint (doors / washroom / powder room / 1 – 3 bedrooms, etc.) • Baseboard replacement and/or painting • Drywall work and repair - pot light hole repair • Assembly: furniture, light fixtures, storage racks, cabinetry, and BBQ (no gas connection) • Install door screen, hinges, handles, bedroom handles, knobs, adjustment sliding doors • Dryer vent cleaning to prevent energy loss • Faucet and toilet replacement • Washroom exhaust fans, range hood installation and filter cleaning • Interior caulking for windows and air vents to prevent heat loss • Caulking for sinks, and bathtubs after cleaning. • General cleaning of condo or house – no carpet wash nor outdoor window cleaning • Replacing light bulbs and/or cleaning light fixtures, outlet/switch replacement • Curtains and blinds installation and/or repair (when possible) • House and condo refurbishment before selling or leasing • Helping organize the house or basement and removing the trash or old small furniture • Hanging pictures, mirrors, frames and art • Cabinet shelf brackets – sliding drawer replacement • Install outdoor/indoor wireless cameras and help in operating them.
