Master bedroom with walk in closet and power room

Large Private master bedroom with private powder room (half bathroom) in condo Bloor and 427 area available(364 The East Mall) June 1st Myself and my partner (both male) are in our mid 30s. We have a cat and a small dog. If you have a smaller dog that's ok as long as they get along with the ones here. We are pretty geeky and love to play board games so an ideal roomate would also play. No smoking or drugs of any kind in the unit or on the balcony. No parties. Laundry is in the unit. Rent will include all utilities, room furnished with a queen bed, desk, side table, TV with cable and internet. One person is ideal however we can discuss 2 or more in person($100/person more per month for rent to cover the cost difference in utilities). There is a bus stop right outside the building and only a 10 min ride to Kipling station. No parking available. Amenities in the building include a gym, a pool, a basketball and squash court, games rooms with pool, foozeball and air hockey. Room is 10'10 x 15'4, a large walk in closet and a nook that's perfect for a small office. There is only one shower for the whole unit which is shared by all rooms Available June 1st $1250 per month $350 per week First and last is preferred but negotiable
