Tamed Male Cockatiel with Large Rolling Cage

Due to my asthma worsening I need to rehome my 5 yr old male gray with yellow/orange cheeks. He does talk, and loves music. His favorite artist is LP and his favorite song is "Now and Forever". He loves the whistling along. He would be happier if he had a female mate as he spends a lot of time on his cage having fun with himself. He is very friendly and will step up and stay on your shoulder. I keep his wings clipped just enough so he doesn't get loft. He flew into my windows a couple of times and don't want him to hurt himself. Included: large rolling cage with rolling base. All perches, treats and food. I will also include small dog pee pee pads I put at the bottom of the cage for easier clean up. Also his night night blanket. Tried a new blanket once and he wanted nothing to do with it.
