I've had the frame and other axle inspected and serviced and I've been told by the mechanic it is in great shape structure-wise. I've also replaced one of the plastic vent covers on roof, and put a new spare tire that is full sized. The awning fabric could use replacement. It has been repaired and has some pinhole leaks. It's been fine for us the way it is.
