So this sofa has the durability of fabric sofas, with some of the waterproof quality of leather ones. Very easy to clean. There are absolutely no tears or rips and it's spotless. There was never anything spilled on it. Smoke free, pet free home. They are plush and so comfy to sink into. Honestly, the only reason I'm selling these is because I'm moving cross country and can't take them with me. Pick up near intersection of Duke of York boulevard and Burnhamthorpe Road West. Can hold it for you until end of December if payment is made.
