Vintage Eastern European /Soviet town/oblast emblem pins

Probably the only Soviet / Eastern European oblast(department) pins on Karrot 😀 I bought them in St.John’s Newfoundland in the early 90s from a bartender on George St. who says that Russian sailors when at port used to trade them for shots of screech. It being Newfoundland, I don’t doubt the story! Anyway, they’re unique and curious. Translated, there’s a “Border Patrol- 50 years” Zhizdra Batum (now Batimi in Georgia) Przemzyl (Poland) Belek (Poland)
