Full Story: I bought a sofa from Wayfair and it arrived with two left arm pieces with no right arm piece. When I asked for a replacement part, they sent me another whole sofa instead of sending a missing arm piece. What you get is still a fully functional brand new sofa in a box and two identical arm rests. 1st picture shows my sofa as an example. 2nd picture is what you'll get. The rest of the pictures are taken from Wayfair. This item is pick up only! I cannot do deliveries. Make sure you have a car big enough to fit them. They will not go in a small car.
