1973 Scamper - Modernized

Has had 2 previous owners. We have owned it for 3 years and have put a lot of time into modernizing and updating both interior and exterior. For those looking for a simple, clean and cute little trailer without all the bells and whistles of modern trailers (which tend to fail more often than work, as some might know.) This little trailer is ideal for singles, couples or a small family. At 15 feet long (17 including hitch)it can comfortably sleep 4. 2 on the fold down dinette, and 2 in rear bed (customized for tall people). No bunkbed included, but one could easily be installed by a handy new owner. New ceiling vent. Newly sealed roof. Tires new/hardly used - nice tread. No Rust on axel or bottomside. No mice. No Leaks. Comes with: Hot Plate 5 Gallon Water Jug with Manual Pump. 60 Watt - Rock Solar Panel with universal connectors. (generator not included) Mini Fridge. Hitch and Sway Bar System (we never used) Drop down hitch. 4 Jacks Outdoor motion detector security light. Tons of rooms for storage. No Running Water. No Propane Furnace/Heat. No stove. Bathroom is equipped with camping toilet and compostable bags. Shore power and electrical system modernized and works great. 12volt battery compatibility may be working, but we never used it.
