In the picture, that's just snow in the tires! I'm not a bike expert. The most detail I can provide is that the tires and wheels are in tact. It is a couple years old. Used during summers. Left out in last two springs (🌱)in backyard so there might be a bit of rust on body. Also one of the breaks snapped off.The Geers work but have gotten stuck once as far as I remember. I do not think it would be hard to put back into tip top shape. The bike is not the original colour. Wall paint was used on it, and stickers from random things were applied all over the body. You'd likely take it for the tires and Geers. It works, however it's top speed is not what it used to be. It is in tact and still works.
