E-Bike -Custom Giant Connect Frame Medium+ Battery (48v20ah)

Selling my Custom built E-Bike as my condo is giving me problems in keeping it stored in my unit and I have no use for it anymore as my work location has moved further. Asking $800 but I am open to offers, no low balling please. I have listed the price of parts in the description and with inflation they are worth more. Specs below. Frame : Built on a Giant Connect Frame (Medium) Cost me around $500+tax Battery: 48v 20ah monster. I've only used this bike a handful of times so the battery is in mint health. Comes with charger. This cost me $550+tax Motor : Golden Motor 'Black Magic' 1000w hub motor kit (Costs $466+tax). One good thing about this motor is that you can buy a cable & software that can tune down the wattage in the controller to 500w giving you double the mileage. On a downhill you can reach speeds up to 50km/h but stays steady at 45km/h. Tires : Stock Giant tires 700c. Will include original Giant rear rim.  Brakes : The kit did came with brakes that will shut the motor down when applied, thing is the stock Shimano shifters double function as the brakes and I didn't want to seperate them. If I can find the Golden motor brakes I'll include them, but the gearshift and brakes are one and shift to a Vbrake. Comes with 4x extra brake pads! Throttle : Thumb Golden Motor throttle, has led indicators to show the amount of battery available. Has cruise control on a seperate button. Extras include electronic horn, speedometer, pouch for the controller and wires. Pouch for your phone and storage. Front light , and I can throw in the helmet for free. Basically everything you see in the picture. Any and all boxes and stuff I have for the kit will be included if I can find them. I spent a great amount of effort putting this bike together and hate to give it up.  You can test drive it in the hallway only***.  Pickup only, Cash is preferred, e-transfer must be setup 1hr to meetup and you can tell me the password when you make the exchange.
