Seeking a cat friendly room mate, for a May 1st available room in a cozy home in North East Edmonton. I have 3 cats. My body cannot physically handle any more furry pets like cats or dogs, but I am open to fish, snakes or rodents, that would be easy to add. I’m allergic to both cigarette and weed. Therefore, I’d prefer a non-smoker tenant. This is a room rental in a shared 720 Sq foot house. The room has everything you need even a fully equipped entertainment centre. Single bed, dresser, vanity or table, desk, chairs, shelving, full-length mirror and a cabinet. The room is a quaint 105 square feet. I do not have a separate entrance so the home is shared, you are welcome to hang out in the living room, prepare meals in the galley kitchen, and relax by the fire in the backyard. The bathroom and laundry are shared. This is a quiet and clean and small, character home with a spacious backyard and firepit. Close To amenities, bus stop outside the door, LRT just a bus ride away giving you full access to any University or College. There is a shed space for optional storage, and we can negotiate for a small fridge if you feel you would need that. My preference is for a mature female or female-identifying student, or mature male. My home is perfect for a creative soul. I am artistic and eclectic and so is my home. I am a hard working entrepreneur with my head in the computer most times. I also enjoy crafts when I have time. Looking for $750 rent, includes utilities, laundry, internet, parking. $600 damage deposit.
