Mature jade plants

The jade plants are 40 years old. They are looking for a good home. In the summer I put them outside in the sun and in the fall I bring them in and place them in front of a sunny window. They bloom small white flowers. They have never been separated. They need to be transplanted into much bigger pots with fresh soil
