White orchid with 3 stems

Hard to get a good photo, but this orchid has been blooming for almost 3 years. Each new bloom gives even bigger flowers. See the photo with my hand for scale. The last stem split into two, and then months later, a third shoot sprouted from the same stem! It will likely keep getting bigger.
